Welcome to Purpose Visions. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any of our digital materials, e-books, or online resources, you agree to the following 30-day Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our website.

1. Digital Product Policy

All e-books, toolkits, and digital downloads are delivered electronically after purchase. Because these are digital items, all sales are final. However, if you experience a down issue, corrupted file or cannot access your purchase within 30-days of payment, please contact us immediat at lynn@purposefulvision.org. for assistance.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not offered once a file has been accessed or downloaded. Exceptions may be made in rare cases of:Duplicate charges, Incorrect file delivery and Technical errors on our part. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by emailing lynn@purposevision.org

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and products published under Purposeful Visions are the exclusive property of Delynn Turner, M.S., GDC-CSp, CLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute any e-book, worksheet, or digital file without written permission.

3. Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, single-user license for personal use only. Educational facilitators or group leaders who wish to use these materials in workshops must obtain a Facilitator License by contacting Purposeful Visions direcely.

5. 30-Day Payment Terms (for Service Agreement)

6.If you enter into a coaching, consulting, or partnership agreement with Purposeful Visions, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated in writing.Unpaid balances after 30 days may result in service suspension or additional late fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

8.Purposeful Visions and its affiliates do not provide medical, legal or clinical therapy advice. Our digital materials and products, you agree that Purposeful Visions shall not be held responsible for any emotional, financial, or personal outcomes resulting from the use of our materials.

9. Privacy & Data

Your personal information will never be sold or shared. Data collected during purchases or sign-ups is used solely to deliver products and updates related to Purposeful Visions.
